Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund on the non-rendering of service, in case where Non-rendering of the services: due to some telephonic/ mailing issues of your e-mail provider or your own mail server you might not receive a our online telephonic consultancy for which you have paid or your call disconnected/ unable to connect with you on given contact details. In such case we recommend contacting us for assistance, we will reschedule your appointment. Claims only for exceptional circumstance as given non-rendering service must be submitted to our Billing department in writing through mail at within 3 days from the order placing payment date.

Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund requests based on satisfaction of your query at your level. We don’t give any guarantee that our services are fully compatible with any third-party service and we do not provide further consultation to any third-party.
